100 Snatches in 5 Minutes. Check.
Back in October I set myself a goal of being able to do 100 snatches in 5 minutes with a 24kg kettlebell. Well today I did it. 100 snatches in 5 minutes? Hmmm, don’t mind if I do. Just (plan and) do it!
With the new year come new goals, or perhaps just having another go at last year’s goals.
