Today we have another installment of “holiday workouts” for you thanks to Helen and Jordie who were in Europe recently. As you’ll see, they’ve set a new standard in production value. Canberra Hotel Workout

I’ve spent the week in Canberra and the hotel gym isn’t much chop. So I put together my own bodyweight workout to do in my room. The best thing is I can do it in my undies.
