David Ogden

David joined Adapt Fitness in 2013. He comes from a strong sporting background, continues to play hockey at a state level, and coaches junior state hockey teams. As a result he’s used to working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Dave has a strong focus on individual improvement, and brings a wealth of knowledge and great motivation to our group training sessions. Adapt Fitness was founded by Nat in 2010. He prides himself on delivering fun and challenging workouts to all his clients in a friendly and supportive environment.In addition to being the head trainer and program designer, Nat also provides nutrition coaching and assessement of movement quality.
