Today we have another installment of “holiday workouts” for you thanks to Helen and Jordie who were in Europe recently. As you’ll see, they’ve set a new standard in production value.

Crossfit have names for some of their workouts, so I thought my clients deserved workouts named after them as well.
Here are the details of the three workouts Helen and Jordie did.

Holiday Workout

10 x Prisoner Squat

10 x Spiderman Push-up

10 x Single-leg Straight Leg Deadlift (per leg)

10 x Alternating Reverse Lunge (per leg)

10 x Mountain Climber (per leg)

60 second Plank

After you finish the plank, rest for 1 minute and repeat the circuit 2 more times.


20 x Speed Squat

20 x Deadlift Jump (feet about shoulder width apart, touch ground between feet, jump up)

20 x Mountain Climber (per leg)

No rest. Repeat the circuit 2 more times.


15 x Single Leg Hip Lift (per leg)

15  x Alternating Forward Lunges with ground touch (per leg)

50m Sprint

No rest. Repeat the circuit 2 more times.
