Our exciting indoor group classes are the perfect way to lose fat and get in shape. We utilise the best fat loss techniques to help you get the best results possible with a mix of strength work and metabolic conditioning. Forget boring workouts. You’ll be using tools such as kettlebells, suspension trainers, sandbags and battling ropes. As well as learning the correct techniques to use this equipment, we also incorporate corrective exercises to improve your posture and the way you move.
